Custom Floor Plans & Designs

Using either existing CAD drawings (blueprints) or developing new ones from site measurements, the preliminary layout of your new space is custom designed.  The plans will consider the use and accessibility of the space, furniture and equipment placement, lighting, and options for finishes including flooring and paint colours.

3D Renderings

Conceptual renderings, including 3D images, can be developed to better visualize the concepts, including real-time walk-throughs of your space.

Construction & Permit Drawings

North Sage Design Co. will prepare the appropriate documentation for developing a construction work package for contractor and tendering bids.  This could include material specifications, quantity estimates, construction drawings including site plans, elevations, lighting and electrical plans, and millwork drawings.

Materials & Finishes Specifications

Selections of paint colours, lighting fixtures, plumbing, hardware, electrical, hardwood, tile, counters, cabinets and more.

Styling & Staging
